Communication has become a boon for some and curse for many. People have lost lives due to miscommunication and at times saved lives due to effective communication. In most of the organizations, it is found very few employees know to communicate effectively. May be much less than 10%. Remaining employees are engaged whole day with poor communications which doesn’t yield results as it should be. You can find out that it is not easy to get correct and precise answer for a question from a set of people.
If you carefully observe these are skills which needs practice. You may memorize and explain others to follow yet without practice you will be left with only head-knowledge. Our workshops are not designed for head-knowledge only. We strive to design consistently so that you come out as an effective communicator sitting at the workshop.
